Preorders

Why preorder? Every preorder is 20% off cover price, and your copy is guaranteed if you order before final order cutoff.

When am I charged? At checkout, like any order. Your book ships the week it releases.

Can I cancel? Yes, any time before the release date for a full refund. Email or text us your order number.

What condition will my preorder arrive in? Near Mint, straight into a bag and board. Every copy ships in a rigid mailer, and we pull the cleanest copies in the order preorders came in.

What does "final order cutoff" (FOC) mean? It's the date each book's final print numbers lock in. Preorders placed before FOC are guaranteed copies; after FOC we honor preorders while supplies last.

Shipping

How fast do you ship? In-stock books leave within 1 business day. Preorders ship release week.

How much is shipping? $4.99 flat in the US, free on orders of $50 or more. Multiple books ship together in one rigid mailer at no extra cost.

How are comics packed? Bag + board, backed in a rigid comic mailer or box. Slabs (graded books) ship in padded graded-comic shippers, fully insured.

Condition & grading

What does NM mean? Near Mint: a clean, unread copy with sharp corners and spine. It's our standard for new releases.

Do you sell graded comics? CGC-graded books are coming to the shop soon. Want something pressed, graded, or screened for 9.8 candidacy? Ask. It's a service we offer.

Returns

What's your return policy? 30 days on raw books in the condition we sent them. Damaged in transit? Send photos within 7 days and we'll replace or refund. The post office's mistakes are our problem, not yours.
