Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on raw (ungraded) comics, cards, and games within 30 days of delivery, provided items come back in the same condition we shipped them — comics still bagged and boarded. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive the item. Return shipping is on us if we made an error; otherwise the buyer covers return postage.

Preorders

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item's release date. After release, standard return terms apply.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging to mike@classfivecollectibles.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Exceptions

Sealed trading card product that has been opened, and graded (slabbed) comics removed from their cases, cannot be returned. Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
