DC reprinted books like Action Comics #1 and Detective Comics #27 in the 1970s at a much larger tabloid size. The outer cover says Famous First Edition. If yours is oversized, it is almost certainly one of these.
Marvel Milestone Editions
Marvel reprinted key issues such as Amazing Fantasy #15 and X-Men #1 in the 1990s. They are marked Milestone Edition, usually on the cover or the inside front page.
Facsimile Editions
Since 2019, Marvel and DC have reprinted many keys as Facsimile Editions. The words appear on the cover, and the cover price is modern.
